Developing, Financing and Advising International Infrastructure Projects

IBSI is an advisory institution led by a group of experts in various disciplines who have great experience in managing the joints of the state in Iraq as well as international institutions and they have university certificates from prestigious international universities. The team contributed to writing the Iraqi Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 and Refineries Investment Law 64 of 2007 and many laws that pertain to the private sector, participation in the program to restructure the banking sector, and proposal of the national project for the employment and rehabilitation of young people and creating job opportunities for them in the private sector.
